That depends on where you take out your subscription. Web app: The free licence expires automatically after 7 days. You do not need to cancel it yourself. HOMEBOY users only take out a subscription if they actively choose to do so and complete a purchase in our subscription shop. Even if customers take out a subscription, they can cancel it flexibly at any time with a single click. It will then simply expire on the next renewal date of the subscription.

After their trial, HOMEBOY users can choose between a one-month, two-month or three-month package; each package renews automatically until you cancel it. So if you purchase a one-month subscription, it renews every month and can also be cancelled at any time during that month. If you purchase a 3-month subscription, it renews every three months and can be cancelled at any time within that three-month period. Included are 4 search profiles, 4 emails, Premium for the mobile app & all 8 portals Overall, our philosophy is to be as customer-friendly and fair as possible. If you took out your subscription via the web app: Simply cancel the renewal with a single click in your account area under ‘Subscriptions’, or contact support in writing – no later than one day before the end of the current period – at support@homeboy.immo. If you purchased your subscription via the App Store or Play Store: New in-app subscriptions are managed via Apple or, in future, via Google, and can also be cancelled there.

For new in-app subscriptions, Apple’s or Google’s terms and conditions apply, as the purchase agreement is concluded through them and no longer directly with HOMEBOY.
